ADHD Group Therapy
for Women Online
The Center for ADHD offers specialized ADHD group therapy for women online to help you navigate life’s unique challenges. This group provides a supportive and understanding environment where women can connect, share experiences, and develop practical strategies for managing ADHD. It’s a space designed for growth, community, and empowerment, away from the feelings of isolation that can often accompany an ADHD diagnosis.

Understanding Online Group Therapy for Women
Our online group therapy for women with ADHD is a professionally facilitated support system designed for a small group of peers. It provides a confidential and structured space to discuss shared challenges and successes. The sessions focus on learning evidence-based strategies for managing symptoms, improving self-esteem, and building community with others who have similar experiences.
Your Group Therapy Journey
Initial Consultation with a Facilitator
Your first step is a one-on-one conversation with the group facilitator, Mary Salotto, Psy.D. This initial meeting ensures the group is a good fit for your personal goals and needs. It is an opportunity to ask questions and understand the group’s dynamic before joining.
Participating in Weekly Sessions
Once you join, you will participate in 90-minute online sessions held weekly. Each session is structured around specific topics relevant to women with ADHD, such as emotional regulation, time management, and self-advocacy. You can expect a mix of guided discussion, skill-building exercises, and open sharing.
A Confidential and Supportive Environment
Our groups are limited to a maximum of nine members to foster an intimate and safe atmosphere. Confidentiality is a core principle, allowing you to share openly without judgment. The goal is to create a space of mutual respect and encouragement where every member feels heard and valued.
Developing Actionable Strategies
Beyond sharing experiences, a key part of each session is developing practical, actionable strategies you can implement in your daily life. The group provides accountability and support as you work towards building ADHD-friendly routines and habits. You will leave with concrete tools to help you thrive.
